Such and amazing example of Switzerland's mountain Raw Milk aged cheeses.  Imagine beautiful Brown Swiss Cows, horns standing tall and bells ringing around their neck, grazing on the lush green, high mountain meadows.  Alpenhorn is produced in a village in the Appenzell hinterland, in a very traditional way, using only 100% raw milk from Brown Swiss, horned cows.
